Welcome to Tanzania! Upon arrival in Arusha, you can count on us to make your stay as seamless as possible. If you need airport transfers or accommodation in Arusha before or after your safari, please let us know—we’ll handle it for you. Our friendly safari manager will meet you at your lodge or hotel for a short pre-safari briefing, ensuring you’re prepared for the adventure ahead.
Your Wildsmile adventure begins! After breakfast, our guide will pick you up for a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. Known as the “Home of Elephants,” Tarangire is famous for its massive elephant herds, majestic baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Expect to see zebras, wildebeests, lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffalos, and colorful bird species. As the sun sets over the park’s golden savannah, we’ll head to Wildsmile’s campsite for a delicious dinner prepared by our expert cook. Overnight at Kudu Campsite.
An early start today takes us through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area as we journey to the legendary Serengeti National Park. Serengeti’s endless plains are home to Africa’s famous “Big Five” and the awe-inspiring Great Migration. Enjoy packed lunches in the wild as you spot lions lounging, leopards lurking, and cheetahs sprinting. From mighty crocodiles to hippos in the rivers, every turn holds a surprise. As the sun dips below the horizon, settle in for dinner and an overnight stay at Seronera Campsite, right in the heart of the Serengeti.
Rise before dawn for a magical Serengeti sunrise game drive—a moment that captures the beauty and serenity of the African wilderness. Afterward, return to the campsite for brunch before embarking on your final Serengeti game drive. In the afternoon, we’ll travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you’ll spend the night at Simba Campsite, perched on the crater rim. Enjoy a warm meal under the stars and the cool highland breeze.
Today, get ready to explore one of the most extraordinary natural wonders of the world—the Ngorongoro Crater. After an early breakfast, we’ll descend 610 meters to the crater floor. The densely packed wildlife includes the rare black rhino, large herds of elephants, buffalos, lions, and even leopards. You’ll also see flamingos at Lake Magadi and hippos wallowing in the pools. After a picnic lunch surrounded by breathtaking views, we’ll ascend the crater and begin the drive back to Arusha, where your safari ends with memories to last a lifetime.
